Attitude: a settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior. 

Synonyms: outlook, reaction, temper

Good example: That girl always sees things with a positive attitude. 

Bad example: She talked back to the teacher with bad attitude. 

Periodontist

Duties and Responsibilities: A periodontist is a dentist who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, and in the placement of dental implants. Periodontists are also experts in the treatment of oral inflammation. Periodontists receive extensive training in these areas, including three additional years of education beyond dental school.

Education: Go to college, you need aleast a minimum of 2 years of college pre-dental education before you could attend dental school. Graduate from dental school, complete a graduate program in periodontist, get licensed to practice, and lastly get board certified as a periodontist.

Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities : Otolaryngologists diagnose and manage diseases of the ears, nose, sinuses, larynx (voice box), mouth, and throat, as well as structures of the neck and face.

Salary: $365,171

Education: Ear, nose and throat doctors, often called ENTs, need a medical degree and a license to practice in their state. Even though ENTs specialize in their field, they are educated, trained and equipped to handle other medical concerns, including life-threatening emergencies.

The story I just seen was a good and positive story, because Lincoln refused to everything he was offered to not break a big promise he once made when he was nine years old. Lincoln made a promise to his mother when he was nine years old and she was dying, that he will never smoke tobacco or drink whiskey. After Colonel, offered tobacco and whiskey he told him, no. Up to his lasts days, he never broke that promise.
More people should be like Lincoln in making decisions and saying no when people offer them stuff that aren't good and for the person to understand why they do not want to do it and stop peer pressuring them.

Education: Speech-language pathologists typically need at least a master’s degree. They must be licensed in most states; requirements vary by state.

No, I wouldn't like to be an Speech Pathologist although I like children a lot, it's just not the type of job I want.

Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician)

Duties and Responsibilities: An Ultrasound Technician, also known as a Sonographer, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Diagnostic Imaging Professional, uses sound waves to capture images of the internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis and treatment of medical problems.

Salary: $50,000-$65,000

Education: Certification is not mandatory for Ultrasound technicians, although job opportunities are better for Technicians with certification. Ultrasound technicians can train in universities, hospitals and college.

I would like to be a Sonographer because it must be cute looking at the babies inside their mothers stomach, but I really don't wish that job for me.
