 Top 5 Heart Health Tips 
  1. Have a healthy diet
  2. Avoiding Smoking
  3. Keep an active lifestyle
  4. Maintain a healthy body weight
  5. Reduce your stress
To improve my health I need to go get more sleep at night, I need to exercise have an active lifestyle, and eat more vegetables. Last but not least, is drink more water and leave the soda and juice aside.
